I reached out to support with what I thought was a simple question, it took much longer than I expected to hear back. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated or super technical, so I figured it would be a quick reply, but I ended up waiting around and checking my inbox more than I should have. Once they finally responded, it was fine, but the slow response time made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered this thinking it would be a more eco-friendly choice, but I was disappointed when it arrived with so much plastic packaging. i kind of regret buying it because that was the main reason I chose it in the first place.

One of the boxes in my order showed up damaged, which was annoying at first. I emailed them expecting a whole drawn-out thing, but they replied fast and didn’t make it difficult at all. They sent a replacement and it turned up fine, so yeah, all good in the end. Slightly frustrating start, but I’m actually really pleased with how they handled it and I’d order from them again.

I used these for one move and the corners started tearing almost right away. it was frustrating because I had to keep stopping and carefully re-pack things, which felt like such a waste of energy on an already tiring day. I expected them to hold up better.

I ordered some boxes from Bestbuyboxes, and when they got here, the corners were all crushed and a few were bent so badly that I couldn’t even, like, I tried to fold them into shape, but they just wouldn’t sit right.

I emailed them about it and the reply took a while, and it didn’t really solve anything. Maybe the shipping was rough, I get that, but they should’ve packed them better or something. I won’t be ordering from them again

Checkout went through, but it dragged a little and I had to double-check my shipping info twice. Not a big deal, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I was trying to grab a few different packing supplies, but the choices was limited. They have the regular boxes and tape, which is fine, but I didn’t really see many sizes or much padding stuff to pick from.
It probably works if you just needed basic moving boxes, but I was wanting more variety for my order. I ended up was looking at other sites so I could get everything I needed

These box bundles were useful. I just wish they came in a few more sizes, because it kind of feels like they picked the sizing to get you to buy an extra bundle or work around what’s included. Still, for the most part, they did the job and made packing easier

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking was a bit slow to update at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on right away. But overall, the shipping was solid and I’d order from them again.

The order from here showed up in decent time, the boxes were in good shape, and once I compared what I paid to the local store options, it was a solid deal. Nothing fancy, just good moving boxes at a better price than I expected. I’d use them again.

I was surprised how simple these were to fold up. No fighting with tape or trying to figure out weird flaps, it just worked, and that made the whole thing way less annoying.
